Returns & Exchanges

At Bonkers Corner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street style haul. If your order isn't quite right, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery through our dedicated portal.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into our returns portal using your Order ID and phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a successful processing.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your new exchange size immediately.
